New healthy habit for February

So I'm here with my personal wellbeing suggestion for February, as promised. Throughout January, I suggested making the first drink of the day warm/tepid water. As we move into February then, why not try adding a 20 minute walk to this new and improved daily routine. A brisk - doesn't need to be power walking - uninterrupted walk on your own (this is in addition to any dog/ family exercise). Same time each day, wherever possible. The body is designed to move regularly and by committing to this one thing every day, you will be ensuring that you are achieving a good a baseline.

Routine is great for all of us. Even for those who say they don't like routine. It allows for a greater spontaneity and creativity when called for, if your stage is well set. With the 2 simple suggestions, you are beginning to build a sound Dinacharya (Ayurvedic daily routine) to allow you to be the best you can be for yourself, and for those around you. And that sounds pretty good right now. 🙏 xx
